Problem 20: EAS RF system to detect a thieves

PROBLEM

The last problem that I found is when my friends and I go to bookstore I have seen at the door of bookstore do not have EAS RF system. EAS system very important at each shop. If the EAS RF system is not in a shop, theft is likely to occur. Every things will happen if the bookstore do not have the EAS RF system such as theft and robbery.

SOLUTION

 
With the EAS RF system, items in the store can be saved and no lost and stolen. This is because, it serves to detect objects carried out without permission. Theft is usually the guilty teenagers.  Thieves will cease intent to steal items in the bookstore. The EAS RF system Thieves will cease intent to steal items in the bookstore. So, I think that system must haven’t in the each shop and also bookstore to must be all things were in good condition.

Problem 19: The touch screen remote control at Karaoke Centre

PROBLEM


Next, the problem I found is the place of karaoke. This place is simple and the room like a small box. The room very small and do not attract users and not interests. Many people in the world mostly like sing the song. Usually they go karaoke with our friends and family. And they also usually go there during the weekend.

•          The place of song box karaoke very small and not interesting.
•          The things in the room broken such as microphone.
•          And to choose the song very difficult and far from the seat place.

SOLUTION

So, I think to attract the people to come in the Karaoke Centre, the Karaoke Centre must be changed to be beautiful and most use technologi just like use touch screen. Many people will always give the reasons that place to choose song so far from the seat. I think must do the touch screen remote control to choose the song for sing.

•          Many people will be happy and enjoy the weekend with family and friends.
•          High-tech facilities that would make users cheerful.

Problem 18: The slow Payment Machine at the Mall

PROBLEM


         The picture shown when I want to buy something. My friends and I see that machine to pay a things not interest and the system very slow.  It will cause many customers complained because the payment system was slow.  The payment machines will cause the employee gets easily exhausted and tired. Customers will also get tired having to stand and line up in a long time.

•          That machines will be can easily damage and easily jammed.
•          The cashier will be bad mood and tired because the problem of the payment machines

SOLUTION

I have an idea when viewing the problem above. The problem is very difficult to cashier and customers. So, I have a suggestion that the machine is automatically established to expedite the sale and purchase. When exists that machine, the business of selling quickly and the cashier will also be happy and tired no longer appear.

Problem 17: Air conditioner at the mosque

PROBLEM

When we want to go to the mosque in East Coast Mall to pray, we look at prayer is not attractive and neat. In addition, we found that prayer does not have air conditioning and cause the public is not comfortable and warm.  Many Muslim will go to the mosque when was anytime during the prayers, especially employees who work on the East Coast Mall.

•       Muslim who that prayer will not comfortable pray that mosque.
•       The Mosque will swell because the heat was trapped at there.

SOLUTION

I think to see more muslim and muslimah at the mosque, air conditioners must be established. This prevents from people who pray there, warmth and uncomfortable to prayer. Muslim employees working in the supermarkets will also be more happy and quiet while working because the comfort mosque in East Coast Mall.

•          Many muslim can found their serenity and quietly situation is in the mosque although the small mosque.
•          Prayer will become better when appear in areas comfortable and quiet.

Problem 16: CCTV at the CD's store.

PROBLEM


When we went to a bookstore in East Coast Mall a few days ago, we found the shop not safe for seller and customer. There are several problems of which will make some customers intentioned a bad as stealing the Cd's there. This will cause that business in danger.

             ·         Bad situation will happen in Cd's store such as stealing Cd and also money at the counter.

             ·         Criminals will be easier to commit a crime.

SOLUTION

So, we propose to the Cd's store must put CCTV to ensure that their stores safer and there would be no theft occurred. The Cd's store will carry out their business activities safely and customers who buy there will also feel safe buying things in the Cd's shop where there is CCTV in the shop.

    ·        May be retarded criminal intent to commit a crime when they see the aim of having CCTV cameras.
    ·         Video results from CCTV cameras can be used as evidence if there is a crime occurred in the book store
     ·         More easily identify if the a bad happens occurred in the Cd's store if they have CCTV.

Problem 15 : The Mops in the East Coast Mall

PROBLEM

•    The ECM used the old mops which the cleaners need more energy to mop the floor.
•   The cleaners maybe more tired when mopping the floor.
•   They have to take a long time to mops floor in the  ECM which is a big shopping mall.
•   Used auto-mops makes  the floor looks more clean and lighting the normal mops.

SOLUTION

•  The ECM have to change the mops to the auto-mops because the automops can be easily and do not used more energy to mops the floor.
• The ECM must provide the auto-mops because by using the auto-mops, the floor can looks more clear and lightning attract more people come to shopping in the ECM.
•   By using the auto-mops can reduce the time for mopping the floor because the auto-mops is easily and faster.
• The cleaners will not more tired while mopping.

Problem 14 : Autopay Machine in the East Coast Mall

PROBLEM

•   The ECM do not have touch-screen autopay machine that is easily and simple one.
•  Most people like to used the touch-screen autopay because the system  is faster than non-touch sreen autopay machine. 
• The ECM autopay machine looks no interested.

SOLUTION

•  The operation of the touch-screen auto pay for parking is extremely simple.
•  Ticket shows the date and time in both man-readable(print) format and in machine readable (barcode) format.
•  The cashier simply scans the barcode on the ticket and the system automatically computes the free, recorded the tendered bill amount.
•  Touch-Screen guide the selection at every step, making the operator training extremely simple and reducing the time for each transaction.
•   Gate only open when cash drawer is close and the cashier cannot open the drawer without a valid transaction.

Problem 13 : Book Shop in the East Coast Mall

PROBLEM

•     In the book shop, some information of  the testpad or note only used handwriting  and looks not attractive.
•  Information of some testpad are not complete, example : the size, price, sheets and so on.
•   The plastic cover of the testpad only used handwriting and no colourful front and picture are no attract the customer to buy.
• Some book have no price, the customer difficult to know whether it is cheap or expensive.

SOLUTION

• The information about some book or testpad have to put complete outside the plastic cover or book cover.
•  Change handwriting information to front and colourful   front and pictures which used computer.
• The price must put at the top or bottom of the book or testpad so that the customer can easily know the price and no need to ask to the promoter.
• Looks more attractive.

Problem 12 : Public Phone In The East Coast Mall

PROBLEM

•    As we know that in the ECM lack of public phone.       
• The public phone only put near the toilet where the people difficult to find it when they are in emergency.
•   Public phone is very important for every one especially for those who didn’t have handphone or forget to bring their handphone when shopping and want to contact their friend when emergency occur.
• The ECM only put the old public phone,it maybe have some problem when calling.
• The public phone looks not attractive. 

SOLUTION

•   The ECM have to put more public phone. 
•  The public phone should put at the place that people can easily to find it.
•    The public phone in the ECM also must put in every floor for those who in emergency case.
• The ECM should put the modern public phone,because it is easy to used, so that more people like to used for calling.

Problem 11 : Map Of The East Coast Mall Shopping Complex

PROBLEM

•    We have find some problem in ECM in the ground floor. The map in the ECM shopping mall show      the location not clear enough for  the customer when they are shopping.
•     The map is important for every customer because ECM is a big shopping mall and through the map the customer can be easily find out the location that they want to go and buy something.
•  The map in the ECM show not clear and the customer maybe not understand about it and make them confuse.
•   The map also difficult to find out location and not big enough to see, this would make those who are shopping difficult to find the stuff.
• The customer may spent for long time to find their stuff  that they want to buy because dont know the location.

SOLUTION

• The map  in the ECM shopping mall have to show more clearly and easily to find the location.
•   The ECM have to put touch-screen map and more attractive with various type of graphic and animation.
•  The map  have to put near the main door of ECM and showing clearly the direction and location from ground floor to the top floor.
•  Besides that, the map  have to put the digital map where the customer can see from far distance for they can easily to shopping and save their time.
• The map also should put in big size board with light and bright that can see from far distance.

Problem 10 : Fire Extinguisher at East Coast Mall

 

PROBLEM

•     This is the one fire extinguisher found in East Coast Mall.

•     The problem is East Coast Mall does not provide any instructions on how to use the fire extinguisher.

SOLUTION

1.       I suggest that we must place the digital display on how to use the fire extinguisher . Given the situations in which a fire extinguisher will be used, however, there are still some dangers involved so some guidance can be useful.

       

2.       In the workplace, legislation requires that all staff should be properly trained in the action they need to take in the event of fire. This means that everyone needs to understand the emergency procedures with regard to fires, including whether or not they should use fire extinguishers.

3.        There should be clear guidance for all staff about who can operate fire extinguishers and in what circumstances. Staff who are required to operate fire fighting equipment should be given proper fire extinguisher training.
