PROBLEM
- We have find some problem in ECM in the ground floor. The map in the ECM shopping mall show the location not clear enough for the customer when they are shopping.
- The map is important for every customer because ECM is a big shopping mall and through the map the customer can be easily find out the location that they want to go and buy something.
- The map in the ECM show not clear and the customer maybe not understand about it and make them confuse.
- The map also difficult to find out location and not big enough to see, this would make those who are shopping difficult to find the stuff.
- The customer may spent for long time to find their stuff that they want to buy because dont know the location.
SOLUTION
- The map in the ECM shopping mall have to show more clearly and easily to find the location.
- The ECM have to put touch-screen map and more attractive with various type of graphic and animation.
- The map have to put near the main door of ECM and showing clearly the direction and location from ground floor to the top floor.
- Besides that, the map have to put the digital map where the customer can see from far distance for they can easily to shopping and save their time.
- The map also should put in big size board with light and bright that can see from far distance.
